Jarrylo®
Jarrylo® is a USA grown dual use hop with an alpha acid of 12-17% and a beta acid of 6-8%. It is owned by the American Dwarf Hop Association and is sometimes seen under the Cultivar/Brand ID of ADHA-881.
It has aromas of strong lemon lime, orange, pear, banana and some mild spice. Some people have even commented hat it produces a clean bright white wine aroma.
It is a great choice for use in Wheat Beers, Saisons, Pale Ales and Belgian Ales.
We recommend substituting Motueka™, Nelson Sauvin™ or Mosaic® (HBC 369).
