Polissya (Zlato Polissya) (Polessia) (Golden Woodland) (Zlato Polessia)

Polissya is a Ukraine grown hop that has an alpha acid range of 3.5-7% and a beta acid range of 4-6%. It is known under several different names including: Zlato Polissya, Polessia, Golden Woodland and Zlato Polessia.

There is a very soft fresh aroma of sweet herbal notes and fruits. 

Polissya is a good choice for your Lagers, Pilsners and Wheat Beers.

Possible substitutions for Polissya are Saaz (CZ), Tettnanger (GR) and Lubelski/Lubelska/Lublin.
