Rakau (US)

Rakau is a USA grown dual purpose hop that is the same varietal as the New Zealand grown Rakau™. It has an alpha acid range around 9.7% and a beta acid range around 3.41%. This US Grown Rakau comes from Michigan specifically.

It features aromas and flavors of stone fruit and figs with apricot and peach all tinged by notes of mango, pear and plum. It is full of big fruit character and aromas. There are also light notes of pine and lime interspersed with those big fruits.

Rakau (US) is a good choice for every Ale.
