Yakima Gold

Yakima Gold is a US grown dual purpose hop that has an alpha acid of 7-8% and a beta acid of 3.5-4.5%.  It is truly an excellent general purpose variety.

It features a smooth bitterness and a pleasant aroma of citrus - think grapefruits and lemons.

It is a great choice for use in English Ales and German Ales.

You could possibly substitute Yakima Gold with Cluster.
