ADHA-527 is a USA grown dual purpose hop with an alpha acids of 13-16% and a beta acid of 4-5.5%. Grown by the Association for the Development Hop Agronomy aka American Dwarf Hop Association.
It has a full bitterness and complex aroma. It is a more subtle cousin of Azacca®.
There are aromas and flavors of anise, nectarine, stone fruit mixed with warm hints of lime hop spice and floral notes.
ADHA-527 is a good choice for Ales and Lagers.
