Lubelska also known as Lublin and Lubleski is a hop grown in Poland and used as an aroma hop. It has an alpha acid range of 3-5% and a beta acid range of 2.5-5.1%.

Lubelska has a very distinctive and very resfreshing charachter of spice and flower - think magnolia and lavender! There are distinct spice notes of cinnamon, bergamot and citrus that are highlighted by extremely spicy aromas of pepper, juniper, dill and curry combined with cool floral notes. Strong citrus notes are also a dominant feature that is accompanied by spicy overtones and notes of lemon tea and slight traces of cream/caramel.

It can make an extremely interesting addition to your European Style Lagers, Pilsners, New Wave Beers or even your next IPA.

Lubelska could be substituted with Saaz (CZ), Saaz (US), Tettnang (GR) or Stirling.
