Ray (Promin)

Ray is a Ukraine grown dual purpose hop that has an alpha acid range of 6-11% and a beta acid range of 5-6%. It is also known as Promin.

It features aromas and flavors of spicy floral notes complemented by a sweet fruity tone.

Ray/Promin is a good choice for your Lagers, Pilsners and Wheat Beers.

You could substitute Aurora, Premiant or Perle (GR) for Ray/Promin.
