The German Version of Perle is a dual purpose hop, that is often used as an aroma hop. It has an alpha acid of 4-9% and a beta acid of 2.5-4.5%
It has an aroma of slightly spicy, mint, floral, tea, and pepper. It has a pleasant bitterness.
It is recommended for use in European Lagers, Cold-Fermented Beers, Belgian Beers, Pale Ales, Wheats, Kolsch, and Pilsners. It has a pleasant bitterness.
