Perle (US)

This USA grown varietal of Perle is a dual purpose hop that has an alpha acid range of 4-9% and a beta acid range of 2.5-4.5%. It is known under the Cultivar/Brand ID 66/13/13.

It is the same as the German Varietal Perle (GR) but grown here in the USA.

There are aromas that are floral and spicy that add to the traditional German-like qualities.

Perle (US) is a great addition to your Pale Ales, Porters, Stouts, Lagers, Weizens, Altbiers, Barleywines, Kolsch, Wheat Beers and Pilsners.
