Dieter G03

Imperial Yeast's G03 Dieter is a traditional Kolsch yeast strain that is clean and crisp. It has a very low ester profile making it extremely versatile. It has a better flocculation than most Koslch strains which will allow you to produce clean, bright beers in a shorter amount of time. 

It creates a perfect Koslch, Alt and other light colored delicate beers.

If you need a substitution we recommend Imperial G02 Kaiser, White Labs German Ale/Kolsch WLP029 or Omega Kolsch II OYL044

Flocculation: Medium

Attenuation: 73-77%

Optimal Fermentation Temperature: 60 - 69F

Alcohol Tolerance: 10%
