Global L13

Imperial Yeast's L13 Global is a wildly popular lager strain that produces a classic lager profile. It is a solid strain that will give you a clean, bright and crisp beer with very low ester profiles.

It is extremely powdery so long lagering times and/or filtration will be required for bright beers.

If you need a substitution Imperial L17 Harvest should work, as should White Labs German Lager WLP830

Flocculation: Medium-Low

Attenuation: 73-77%

Optimal Fermentation Temperature: 46 - 56F

Alcohol Tolerance: 10%
