Kaiser G02

Imperial Yeast's G02 Kaiser is traditional Alt yeast strain that is incredibly versatile and will produce an array of German-Style Beers. It will keep whatever beer style you choose clean and allow the delicate malt flavors and aromas to shine through. It is a low flocking strain so anticipating the long clarification times is helpful, but it will produce very low diacetyl levels.

If you need a substitution we recommend Imperial G03 Dieter, Wyeast German Ale 1007, or White Labs Dusseldorf Alt Ale WLP036

Attenuation: 73-77%

Optimal Fermentation Temperature: 56 - 65F

Alcohol Tolerance: 10%
