Loki A43
Imperial Yeast's A43 Loki is a traditional Norwegian Kveik strain that has an extremely wide fermentation temperature range. While traditionally used in Norwegian farmhouse style beers it can be used in a wide variety of styles because of its fermentation temperature range. On the lower end of that range it is super clean and produces little to no esters while at the high end of that range (85-95F) it will lend towards huge fruit ester profiles.
If you need a substitution we recommend Imperial A24 Dry Hop or A38 Juice, or Omega Voss Kveik OYL061
This yeast strain will work in a wide variety of beer styles including Pseudo Lagers, Belgian Inspired and hop forward beers.

Attenuation: 75-85%
Optimal Fermentation Temperature: 65 - 100F
Alcohol Tolerance: 10%
