Millennium

Millennium is a USA grown bittering hop with an alpha acid of 14.5-18.5% and a beta acid of 4.3-6.5%. It is a daughter of Nugget.

It has mild aromas of resin, floral, toffeee and pear underscored by flavors of cream caramel, yogurt and toffee complemented by woody notes of tobacco with spicy nuances of sage and curry. There are also fruity red berry components.

It is a great choice for use in Ales, American Ales, Barleywines, and Stouts
