Bramling

Bramling is a UK grown aroma hop with an alpha acid of 5.8% and a beta acid of 3%. It is not the same as Bramling Cross and is still occasionally found even though it has fallen out of favor except in some British Columbia and Canadian Brewers looking for aroma.

It features typical european aromas that are reminiscent of noble varitieals with spicy, floral and herbal tones.

Bramling is a solid choice for your Rye Ale, Golden Ale, Bitter, IPA, Stout, Imperial Stout, Pale Ale and Holiday Ale.

You could possibly substitute Whitbread Golding Variety (WGV), Progress or East Kent Golding (EKG) for Bramling.
