Zagrava

Zagrava is a Ukraine grown dual purpose hop that has an alpha acid of 4-7% and a beta acid of 8-12%. 

It features a spicy-floral aroma that has herbal and fruit notes.

It is a great choice for use in all Lagers. 

Substitutions for Zagrava include Saaz (US), Tettnanger (GER), Lubelski/Lubelska/Lublin, and Spalter Select.

Total Oils (mL/100g): 2.0-3.0
Myrcene: 30-50%
Humulene: 14-16%
Caryophyllene: 7-8%
Farnesene: 12-18%
All Others (including β-pinene, linalool, geraniol & selinene): 8-37%
