Citrus A20
Imperial Yeast's A20 Citrus is a wild saccharomyces strain that is known to produce a huge citrus fruit ester profile. It will produce orange and lemon aromas along with some tropical fruit. It can be used at high temperatures for big ester production. It will get a bit funky without the worries of a brettanomyces strain. You do need to keep an eye on your fermentation because it likes to hit a false terminal and then slowly finish out the rest of the fermentation.
If you need a substitution we recommend Imperial A04 Barbarian, A24 Dry Hop, A38 Juice, or A43 Loki, White Labs Saccharomyces 'Bruxellensis' Trois WLP644, or Omega Tropical IPA OYL200
It's a fantastic choice for IPAs.
