Enigma™

Enigma™ is an Australian grown aroma hop that has an alpha acid range of 13.5-19.4% and a beta acid range of 4.5-7.1%. It is owned by Hop Products Australia (HPA) under Cultivar/Brand ID 02-016-008.

Enigma™ is set apart by the white wine notes that are prominent.

There is distincty tropical fruit, berry, and stone fruit aromas. There are also hints of juicy red fruit like raspberry and red currant. In late additions there is the additional aromas of grapes, raspberry, red currant and honeydew melon. It is an intense aroma like a good glass of red wine - full bodied, elegant and fruity. It is full of tart berrys that include black currant, blackberry and gooseberry with exotic hints of lime, passionfruit and pineapple to round out this extremely interesting hop.

Enigma™ is a great choice for your IPAs and Pale Ales.
