Mackinac™

​​Mackinac™ is a USA grown Aroma hop from Greak Lake Hops. It has an alpha acid range of 9-14% and a beta acid range of 2.8-4%.

The moderately low cohumulone level gives a smooth brewing profile to this hop with excellent foam characteristics. 

​​Mackinac™ has a wide utility and flavorful tropical fruit and citrus tones with notes of spice and floral aspects. There is a big punch of tropical fruit, citrus, melon and papaya.

It can make a great fresh addition to your next IPA, Pale Ale, IPL, DIPA, NEIPA, Hazy IPA, Juicy IPA, Session Beer or even a Shandy Style Beer.

​​Mackinac™ plays well with other hops although it can stand on its own. It is frequently added in conjunction with Amarillo® (US), Citra®, and El Dorado®.
