Slovyanka (Slavyanka) (Slavianka)
Slovyanka is a Ukraine grown aroma hop that has an alpha acid range of 4-7% and a beta acid range of 6-12%. It is also known as Slavyanka and Slavianka. All three names represent the same hop.
With the beta acids of Slovyanka being 1.5x more than the Alpha Acids this hop features a thin hop aroma with a light tender bitterness.
It features very subtle hop aromas and bitterness with aromas of sweet fruits, flowers, grassy tones and nectar.
It is a solid choice for your Lagers, Pilsners and Wheat Beers.
Slovyanka could possibly be substituted with Tettnanger (GR) or Spalter Select.
