Wai-iti™
Wai-iti™ is a New Zealand aroma hop that has an alpha acid range from 1.5 to 3.5% and a beta acid range of 4.5-7%. It is owned by NZ Hops Ltd under HORT7709.
Wai-iti™ is a lush hop that can be extremely fragrant with dominant notes of stone fruit, most notably apricot and peach, while intermingling pleasant and intense tropical citrus notes of lime and mandarin orange.
It is a great choice for use in Pale Ales, IPAs, Wheat Beers, and Pilsners.
A possible substitution for Wai-iti™ is Riwaka™.
