Zuper Saazer (Super Saazer)

Zuper Saazer is a dual purpose hop that has an alpha acid range around 5.4% and a beta acid range around 6%. 

It has herbal, floral and spicy classic noble chraacters with classic Czech Saaz aromas and flavors except with a higher intensity and an alpha kick.

It is a great choice for use in all Lagers, Pilsners and Kolsch. 

Substitutions for Zuper Saazer include Saaz (CZ), Tettnanger (GER), Spalter Select and Saaz (MI).

It plays well with other hops and is frequently used in conjunction with Tettnanger (GR), Nugget (US) and Herkules.
