Centennial (BC)

Centennial is a British Columbia, BC, Canada grown dual purpose hop with an alpha acid of 10.10%. It is almost identical to US grown Centennial.

It features aromatic pine, citrus and floral notes all with a rounded and medium intense floral, citrus and grapefruit flavors and aromas. There are also notes of pine needles and tangerines that are set against a consistent background of citrus with woody, spicy aromas of spruce, barrique, tonka bean, tarragon and aniseed. All of this is mixed with fruity raspberry notes with touches of exotic lychee and pineapple flavors. The fresh lemon and bergamot spiced with aniseed make even the British Columbian grown Cascade a flavor explosion.

Centennial (BC) is a good choice for your Pale Ales, IPAs, and Wheat Beers.
