Imperial Yeast's A10 Darkness is a perfect yeast strain for dark beers due to its high alcohol tolerance. This strain produces a unique character that matches perfectly with the character of roasted, toasted, and caramel/crystal malts. It is a fantastic choice for high gravity worts due to its alcohol tolerance, so don't hesitate to throw it in.
