Pride of Ringwood (AUS)
Pride of Ringwood is an Australian bittering hop with an alpha acid of 7-11% and a beta acid of 4-78.
It has an aroma that includes pronounced yet pleasant woody, earthy, herbal, cedar, and oak notes.
It is a great choice for use in British Ales, Australian Ales, Australian Lagers, Lagers and Pale Ales.
If you are looking for a substitute we recommend using Centennial (US), Galena, Cluster, Fuggle (UK) or UK East Kent Golding (EKG).
