The German Version of Tradition is an aroma hop that has noble hop characteristics, it has an alpha acid of 4-7% and a beta acid of 3-6%.
It has an aroma similar to Hallertauer Mittelfruh, grass, tea, orange, and lavender.
It is recommended for use in German Lagers, Wheats, and Pilsners.
If you are looking for a substitute we recommend Hallertauer Mittelfruh or Hersbrucker.
