Warrior is a dual purpose hop that is often used as a bittering hop. It has an alpha acid range of 14.5 to 18% and a beta acid of 4.3-6%.
It has an aroma of Floral, Fruit, Green Grass, Lemon, Resin, Honeysuckle, Sweet Herbs, Green Wood, Citrus, Herbal, and Mild.
It is a great choice for use in Hoppy American Styles, IPAs, American Pale Ales, and Rye Ales.
