Falconer's Flight 7Cs®

Falconer's Flight 7Cs^® is an aroma hop that comes to you from Hopunion LLC but with an alpha acid of 9-10.5% and a beta acid of 4.5-5.5%.

This properitary blend of the 7 American "C" hops include Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra®, Cluster, Columbus and Crystal in addition to other experimental varities. Falconer's Flight 7Cs^®has aromas of distinct tropical fruit, floral notes, lemon, pine and grapefruit.

It's a great choice for your next American Pale Ale, IPA, or Double IPA (DIPA).

If you are in a pinch and need a substitute using CTZ, Centennial (US)/Centennial (BC), Citra®, Columbus (US)/Columbus (BC), Chinook (US)/Chinook (BC), Cluster, Cascade (US)/Cascade (BC) or Crystal should do the trick.
