Idaho 7

Idaho 7 is an USA aroma hop that has an alpha acid range from 9.5 to 14.9% and a beta acid range of 3.5-5.0%. It is playfully known as 007: The Golden Hop.

Idaho 7 is a juicy tropical fruit and citrus bomb! There are notes of apricot, orange, red grapefruit and papaya all balanced with big notes of resin-y pine and then hints of floral and black tea.

It is a great choice for use in IPAs, Pale Ales, and Wheats.
